- took my large metal water bottle out of the freezer at work. Ended up holding the screw on cap while all the water spilled out and soaked the carpet.
- used the scissors to cut open the new bag of coffee. Accidentally got my hand in the way and now have 2 perfect little cuts on the bottom of my palm.
